Sol Rising is an electronic music producer and DJ creating uplifting, soulful music inspired by movement, connection, and transformation. With more than 325 million streams, his music spans downtempo, ambient, lo-fi, organic and house music.

Before becoming a producer, Sol Rising was a competitive turntablist, placing second at the DMC US Supremacy and winning Scribble Jam. After graduating in the top 5% of his class at the University of Iowa, a journey to India inspired him to leave accounting behind and pursue music full-time.

His music has been featured by Apple, Airbnb, Snapchat, Hotels.com, Clarks, and U.S. Polo Assn., as well as in Academy Award-winning director Paolo Sorrentino’s film Loro. He has toured internationally across the US, Canada, Europe, Asia, and Australia, performing at festivals including Wanderlust, Burning Man, and Lightning in a Bottle.
